Rote Traube Hibiscus Mixed Pepper

A fruity, aromatic treat made from the fresh juice of our organic grapes, enhanced with the flavor of hibiscus and mixed pepper. Delicately sweet and completely alcohol-free.

We, too, recognize the trend toward lighter products with less alcohol or none at all. But while many other companies rely on technical de-alcoholization, we believe that the energy and water consumption required for this process is not consistent with sustainable business practices. That’s why we’ve decided to experiment a bit with unfermented grape juices. Enhanced with flavorings, this creates a new and interesting beverage that’s refreshing and, of course, suitable for children as well.

Tasting Notes

Our Red Grape juice is a harmonious blend that not only refreshes but creates a new drinking experience through the floral notes of hibiscus and the aromatic depth of pepper. It can be enjoyed pure or on ice, and it also serves as an ideal base for homemade lemonades.

Food Pairing

Aromatic, non-alcoholic alternative to wine. Suitable anywhere you might serve other fruit juices.

Best to drink chilled and within one year after bottling.
