Sunny non-alcoholic

A bottle of Sunny

A delicately sparkling delight crafted from the fresh juice of our aromatic organic grapes. Naturally light, subtly sweet, and alcohol-free.

We too recognize the trend toward lighter products with less alcohol. However, while many producers rely on technical de-alcoholization processes, which demand significant energy and water consumption, we believe such practices do not align with sustainable business operations. That’s why we created Sunny from unfermented grape juice. Alcohol that is not produced by fermentation in the first place, does not have to be removed in a complex process. Sunny tastes wonderful and is even suitable for children!

Tasting Notes

Sunny is refreshing and fruity. As an unfermented juice, it is naturally a bit sweeter than wine or Frizzante, but its pleasant balance of sugar and acid makes it always enjoyable to drink.

Food Pairing

Refreshing and effervescent, ideal as an aperitif or as a base for non-alcoholic cocktails.

Ageing potential

Best to drink chilled and within one year after bottling.
