The cool season has begun, and with it, red wines such as our Blaufränkisch are coming back into the spotlight. It goes perfectly with many autumn dishes, which is why we have put together a special edition with a recipe tip. The bottles will soon be available in many organic grocery stores in Germany. Everyone else can of course also get the wine, just without the neck hanger. Never mind, we are publishing the same recipe here for you to try out and enjoy!

Guessing Game Results

The Innsbruck Spring Fair is over, and with it our 40th anniversary fair. There was quite a lot going on, and many of our visitors not only tasted great wines, but also took part in our anniversary guessing game. Now the results are in.

In 1985, we attended the Innsbruck Spring Fair for the first time to present and to sell our wines. That was a significant date, because the first day of the fair happened to coincide with the first press reports about the big Austrian wine scandal that had just come to light at the time. One can imagine what interesting conversations this led to. But we were not involved after all, and so the first fair was a nice success already
