Rosante is our Rosé Frizzante, made from the fruitiest red grapes of a vintage. A very cautious and gentle fermentation leads to a light and extraordinarily flavourful Rosé wine which forms the base for this very special sparkling wine. For the Rosante we pay very much attention to the fine and fruity bouquet as well as a very palatable acidity. When compared to champagne it especially stands out with its lighter appearance and lower alcohol content which invites to enjoy another glass.
