Riesling 2011

A bottle of Riesling

The Riesling is often referred to as one of the most noble white wine varieties. Although some other grapes may also reach its tremendous qualities, top Riesling wines are without any doubt among the very best white wines of the world. Around Lake Neusiedl the Riesling can be found everywhere but generally to a much lesser extent than other grapes. The wines however reach outstanding qualities in this area. They typically develop a particular rich floral bouquet and always offer an appealingly structured acidity, even in warm years.

Tasting notes

Our Riesling 2011 pleases with a flowery scent and an expressive Bouquet. It is fresh with noticeable acidity and offers a powerful finish.

Food suggestion

This wine suits excellently to many fine dishes bringing its taste to perfection. It is ideal for light meat dishes, poultry, vol-au-vent and also perfect for most asian food.
