Ripe Cabernet Sauvignon grapes at the harvest

Cabernet Sauvignon, ripe and sweet. The last grapes of the harvest have been brought in and we’re already thinking about the first fresh young wines. Soon there will be something to taste, but not the Cabernet of course. I will at least get a full year or more to develop.
