Vintage 2021
Wines from the vintage 2021. The spring started wet and cool. After a late budding, the vines were able to grow quickly, but then a very hot dry summer slowed down the development again. August started very dry, but then came the first rains, just at the right time. Warm days and cool nights allowed grapes with pleasingly high sugar contents and tangy acidity levels to ripen in a short time. The wines thus promise maturity, elegance, and great potential.
