Again it happened really fast. Less than a month ago we still experienced frosty nights and now temperatures are almost reaching 30° C during the day. Just like in the last couple of years our vines started growing early and the season is underway.

With conditions like this everything develops magnificently of course. Also last week’s day of open cellar doors at the Golser Weinfrühling (Wine in the spring) event was just a blast. We literally opened all cellar doors for the weekend. Something that is unheard of at the autumn event in November.

We’re just hoping that the weather stays warm now. A little cool-off or even some rain are fine. But no frost, none at all! We had plenty enough of it in past years. But shouldn’t it be better sometimes? At least that is what we hope - keep your fingers crossed!
